Photographs taken between 2014 and 2019. Abstract and documentary style imagery taken at East London raves giving a glimpse/insight into the culture that so many people are part and grow up with. Shown are photos representing the experiences I made, reflections and teachings that unfolded. We are gripped in a capitalistic system, where we are pressured to conform and perform, especially in a city like London. This is especially felt in a city like London. (Like many of us) I found myself in a cycle of enduring the weeks, accepting the world we live in and adapt the best I can, where as on the weekends I would be able to breathe - shifting my focus on myself rather than other, reflecting on what I really want to do. Monday came and I found myself back in the office chair, pursuing other peoples dreams.

This blog reflects on these notions, of forgiving and forgetting, losing and finding, giving up and surrendering, of chaos and tranquility, of sound and silence, the above and the below.
